While one of the main focuses of our business is education through either two day seminars or actual classroom sessions with hands-on implementation of JDC's projects, we can also assist in many other areas. One of the first things we suggest is to perform an Operations Review so we can see how you run your business. Each business is indeed somewhat different so we can't use a "Cookie Cutter" approach to using OMD, however we can make use of our years of experience using OMD in dealership environments to make suggestions for process improvements.
