JDC class was very informative and offered lots of value in today’s highly

we can and I know I can say that Jack’s class gave me extra insight and new

- The SMU school was very informative.
Hands on training using your own data with a qualified instructor who knows
the business. Training with peers in the industry from different parts of
the country and being able to share processes and procedures and test them
on the spot. The training facility was professional, clean and promoted a
good learning environment. The key to the success of this school is Jack

get much more than book learning, you get past experience and insight as to

- The past SMU that I was involved with
were very helpful in my roll as a service manager. I was able to process my
own data into useful spreadsheets with the guidance of Jack. This type of

JDC has had five classes to date with two more now scheduled in January and
February. January's class is for e-automate customers and will be held at
the new Digital Gateway facility in Utah. February's class is for OMD users
and will be held at ASI Business Solutions facility in Dallas, Texas.
Class dates are January 28th -
February 1st and February 11th - 15th.
