The Technician Incentive Plan works in conjunction with OMD's Technician Performance Analysis to assign Revenue based on Current M/A Pricing for Copies Generated, or, for Non-metered Equipment, a Revenue Per Day is assigned. Data is extracted using Monarch software to augment OMD's Stack Rankings and Gross Profit per Technician is generated. A system of Lookup Tables is used to pay Incentives to Outstanding Technicians based on Percentage of Gross Profit. This Program has been in use for over ten years at locations both large & small and has had a Major Impact on Lowering Cost per Copy.
