JDC's Service Technician Territory Project for OMD users extracts information from OMD and places it in a spreadsheet which is then sorted by Zip, City & Model which will show you where the equipment is located as well as how many hours are needed to support it on a Monthly basis along with it's associated Average Monthly Volume.

Once assignments are made within the spreadsheet, hours and copies assigned to each technician are totaled for territory balancing purposes.

Once the technician numbers are loaded into the spreadsheet, we will format it into a csv file which is then loaded automatically into OMD using a program created specifically for that purpose by OMD. NO MANUAL DATA ENTRY INTO OMD IS REQUIRED.
