Carolyn is an independent consultant located near St. Louis, MO. Carolyn has over 24 years of industry experience beginning with Modern Business Systems in 1980. Carolyn was in the computer division in 1981 when the first customers began buying the OMD software. From the beginning to now, Carolyn has seen a software package start from very humble beginnings to become what is considered today to be the standard by which other software packages are measured.

While at OMD, Carolyn wore numerous hats, some of them being Manager of the Customer Support Center and Director of Customer Education. Since 1991, Carolyn has continued to assist and train OMD clients in her own business environment by implementing new customers, doing on-site audits for customers presently using OMD and ensuring that the customer gets the most out of their OMD investment.

For the last 4 years Carolyn has been responsible for identifying topics and getting presenters for the OMDUG conferences. She recently gave a seminar on the Multi Meter capability of OMD and is in her third year of serving on the OMDUG Board of Directors. Carolyn has a passion for what she does and targets her success back to OMD and a very supportive family.
